The Turki Al-Utaibi Surveyors operated under the guidance of Saudi Oger Company. The survey department was led by Chief Surveyor Mr. Mohammed Ali Baba. Turki Al-Utaibi Company was assigned comprehensive surveying responsibilities across key zones like the Tower, Auditorium, Keystone, Plaza, Library, and External Works.
Nearly ten survey crews operated under the supervision of Senior Surveyor Mr. S.K. Afzal Hussain.

Turki Al-Othaibi Surveyors at Shuqaiq
Turki Al-Othaibi Surveyors served as consultants for Hyundai Heavy Industries on the Shuqaiq Steam Power Plant project. Led by Senior Surveyors Mr. Mohammed Saleem and Mr. Mohd Awais, a team of approximately 20 surveyors conducted joint surveys and quality checks for subcontractors. Using advanced GPS and precision tools, they ensured tolerances were met, contributing to the project’s structural integrity and timely completion. Their expertise in site layout, foundation alignment, and infrastructure surveys was critical to the success of this 2,640MW power plant on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast.
